Certified Records are available, including Certified Court Dispositions , also called "certified dispositions," "certified judgments of conviction," or a variety of jurisdiction-specific names. Certified court dispositions are often the single most critical document in a crimmigration or removal defense case. We know what you need and we will get it. In cases where the delivering agency will not offer certification, an attorney from our staff may certify the record for you.
Custom & sealed records
Our legal team can pursue sealed, expunged, or otherwise restricted records on your client's behalf. When a client's criminal history includes records that were sealed or made hidden, immigration attorneys still need to understand what exists , we know how to find it and how to get it properly. Your request will be reviewed same-day by an attorney and you will be contacted with all details and pricing.

When am I charged?
Payment is collected at checkout for flat-fee requests. For custom or sealed records matters, you will receive a scope and quote in your dashboard before any charge is made.
What if the record doesn't exist?
Courts sometimes destroy old records pursuant to standing retention policies. If a record request returns with an official response indicating the record no longer exists or cannot be found, we will send you that official result. In most immigration proceedings, a certified court response confirming a good-faith search was conducted , and that the record was destroyed or cannot be located , is acceptable proof that the record is unavailable. A refund will not be issued in this circumstance, as a substantive result was obtained from a proper and thorough search.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Immigration law firms with high retrieval volume should contact us to discuss special pricing. We can structure arrangements that make Record Wranglers a seamless part of your firm's standard operating procedures for crimmigration and removal defense cases.
How long does retrieval take?
Same-Day Service may be available for a fee. Standard requests are processed by our staff within 3 business days. Rush orders receive same-day staff processing. Each court and administrative office operates on its own timeline , records typically arrive within 10 days to 30 days. Use the explanation section of your order form to describe any time-sensitive circumstances, such as an upcoming removal hearing, and we will prioritize accordingly. If necessary, create an emergent service request for individualized review.
